Complaints are taken seriously. If you make a complaint, Easy Housing Association
has a dedicated complaints team, who will ensure your complaint is thoroughly
investigated.
Please read our complaints policy online before making any complaints so you are
aware of all the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.
Please allow us up to 10 working days to investigate the complaint however, You will
receive an acknowledgement email within 2 working days.
